PAACET FESTIVAL 2011

PAACET opened her heart out to the city in 2006, embraced the nation in 2007 and made friends all over the country in 2008,2009 & 2010. Way back in 2005, when PAACET was merely 2 years old, an intra – college festival, CERVELLO ‘05 was conducted.

The success of that humble fest emboldened us to explore new frontiers and expand our boundaries. Our continual efforts at bringing out a mega
festival culminated in us conducting the first of what would be numerous inter-college festivals. The earliest versions of PAACET FESTIVAL were such resounding successes and the response so overwhelming, that we were encouraged to conduct more such festivals in 2007. We did it, with five earth rocking festivals, namely CERVELLO ‘07, ROADKILL ’07, VALENTIA ‘07, SIGNATURE ‘07 and CYNOSURE ‘07. In 2008, we decided to combine our efforts and strengths to come up with the biggest show ever, INFERNO ’08, which saw the inception of the P. A. Aziz memorial 22ct gold 151 sovereign ever-rolling trophy. Four years since the first version of this mega festival, which has its roots in a humble intra-college festival, we have become trendsetters when it comes to organizing a week of festivities; true trailblazers in every sense.

The National Industrial and Technological Exhibition (NITEX 2011), was held at the Chandrasekharan Nair stadium, Palayam, Trivandrum, Kerala, from 9-14 March 2011. This Stadium is situated in the heart of the capital city of Trivandrum with access from all sides of the city. Such an exhibition is being organized for the first time in Kerala by the P.A. Aziz College of Engineering and Technology, Trivandrum – 695564
